From Rome to Auckland, Italian food dominates in the supermarket and restaurant scene, and for good reason. Because what is better than starting a meal with deep fried, breaded arancini, following that with a baked Lasagna and finishing off with some vanilla gelato, all while sipping on a glass of Prosecco? We’d say, not much. So wine and dine with some fresh cannelloni or crusted mac n’ cheese until you reach a carb coma.
